UHD Sports & Fitness Hosts New Virtual Spring Workshop

Spring fitness is in full swing with UHD Sports & Fitness. This week’s workshop, “Fitting In Fitness,” focuses on how to incorporate to develop a fitness routine into your lifestyle.
The virtual workshop, 2 - 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, suggests that with “little knowledge and some savviness with your schedule, you can develop a routine that fits your lifestyle, fitness level and specific goals,” said Melissa Crews, UHD Fitness Coordinator.
