Participants Announced for Candidate Meet and Greet on Oct. 28
University of Houston-Downtown will host dozens of candidates for the 2020 election season during its Candidate Meet and Greet on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 9:15 to 11:30 a.m. Hosted in partnership with the Center for Public Deliberation and Student Government Association, the event brings candidates to speak with students, alumni, faculty, staff, administration, and community members to deliberate “’We the People’ in 21st Century Politics.” Register by Monday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. to participate.
